He was all praise for Dubai, saying, “Dubai always brings something to the table, unique and different.” The 36-year-old was greeted by thousands of supporters who had turned out in their droves to catch a glimpse of the superstar at the ceremony. Ronaldo is reportedly spending the international break in Dubai with his family.

The Portuguese team captain has been seen sunning himself at the beach with his family, working out at the Nad Al Sheba Sports Complex and meeting His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, on Thursday.
